Top8Gamer
I had a thread with a couple thoughts in it but someone thought this point warranted it's own thread so here it is. The cards need to be able to be toggled down to lower power levels. Right now if you level a card you are stuck with it at that level and it really hampers build diversity. Cards should be able to be toggled between the lowest level and the max level you have fused on them currently. With the high upgrade costs this seems reasonable. This way you would be able to tweak the desired cards you are using to meet your specific needs.

Testiculitis
I was thinking this exact thing a few hours ago! Such a great idea, I hope they actually do this though I don't see it ever happening.
Tsoe
dont see it coming, you have to get another card with lower stats (and its good that way) it force ppl to think twice before lvling it up to the max
Galmech40k
i love this idea too! If you end up maxing all your mods then you won't be able to use the mods togeather and it'd mean you had to level up all new versions of the same mod.

ALL.CAPS.GUY
if u get 1 to max, then get more, what do u do with those extras? start fusing another set to like 75%, then another to 50% and another to 25%... just like once u max one frame, u'll probably start on another. ur not going to have enough mod points even with an upgraded frame if it's even remotely new.. so use some 25 or 50% mods til it hase the pts for the 75 or 100% 'ers BESIDES.. making a rank 2 or 3 mod is relatively cheap (except if all u have are fusion cores)
Yg-Dosst
This is a brilliant idea, Possibly you could click on the white "Notches" on the side of the card in the menu where you would load it into Warframe/Weapon/Sentinel to adjust the level to where you clicked. It sucks not being able to use a Hard-earned 300% health mod on a new Frame, even for the 50% increase effect. The point of this game doesn't seem to be grinding over and over for the same thing, Rather Different things.
Top8Gamer
if u get 1 to max, then get more, what do u do with those extras? You can use any card to fuse to another card it doesn't have to be a duplicate so no the extras aren't pointless after you max one. You would just use them to fuse something else or sell it for credits.
