Fuzzykat
When sprinting almost any height change will cause a Tenno to roll, interrupting reloads or charged weapons. When walking you can drop further than jump height with no stagger. The roll is nice but it triggers on very small height changes.
Egg_Chen
Welcome to the game! Totally agree. This feedback has been given time and time again, one day, maybe, we will see a change!
Quizel
You must become one with the environment. Only than will you be able to reload while soaring and rolling about through the map tiles.
JHarlequin
Play time: over 500 hours Number of cliffs fallen off of when not rolling 0. Number of cliffs fallen off of when rolling 1000's. Number of times rolls haven't moved me somewhere I didn't want to be, maybe 50. The roll takes control away from the player. It isn't even predictable other then thinking that you will roll every time you are in the air because it happens more often then it doesn't. Of course about the time you start relying on it rolling, it suddenly doesn't roll for no apparent reason. Rolling is graphically and realistically appealing, but it aggravates some players and seems to ruin the flow of movement for some. It is pretty much the one movement option that is less or equally liked as vaulting.
Shinobi-kun
Problem being...the sprint button. Holding the sprint button while not moving (standing still while holding sprint) and tapping the jump button will most definitely make you roll. So all we space ninjas can do for now is to slide on our butt, very big difference when comparing with cyborg ninjas.
