Not sure on the second word. It looks like "STITCS" which makes no sense. Very high certainty on "?TIT??", and the only common word that seem to match this pattern in the english language is "STITCH". But the corpus character for 'H' looks nothing like that. A clip is a form of ammo storage in which the bullets are held by a metal clip that is open to the front. These can range from open boxes to simple flat metal strips at the rear of the bullets. In addition, most ammo storage systems in Warframe are rather outlandish (the ball on the Grakata grip for example) and none fit the idea of a clip magazine, since not a single one shows exposed bullets.
