Received four unknown items after an Alert Mission.

So I just completed one of the Alert Missions and the rewards were said to be Credits plus something random. After the mission was over, I received 4 items called "Enemy Radar", however, as far as I could tell, there's nothing new in my inventory.

Edit: Enemy Radar apparently lives in the Deck. When doin a mission, you can select it from your pool. Only one person needs to add it to receive the effect.
