There is no Codex entry for "mk1-bo" melee weapon.

"Ogma Elite" from the fomorian event, isn't in the codex, I've scanned it and it hasn't shown up, I figured it wouldn't if you hadn't scanned one, but it's still not there.

Cephalon fragments aren't registering properly for me. I have scanned the final fragment for Eris 3x and Neptune 2x and when I check my codex, they are still shown as being incomplete.

The following mods:

• Bane of Corrupted
• Bullet Dance
• Cleanse Corrupted
• Cyclone Kraken
• Eleventh Storm
• Equilibrium
• Expel Corpus
• Expel Corrupted
• Smite Corrupted

are all listed as only available via "Transmute", but according to the drop table site are available as follows:

• Bane of Corrupted (Defection - Rotation B)
• Bullet Dance (Void Cache - Rotation C)
• Cleanse Corrupted (Defection - Rotation B)
• Cyclone Kraken (Kuva Fortress Cache - Rotation C)
• Eleventh Storm (Infested Corpus, Ancient Infested, Infested Grineer)
• Equilibrium (Infested Corpus, Ancient Infested, Infested Grineer)
• Expel Corrupted (Defection - Rotation B)
• Smite Corrupted (Defection - Rotation B)

and people on Reddit tell me Expel Corpus drops from Orokin Containers in the void, though it doesn't appear on the drop table site.

Further, Seismic Wave is the only mod that (as far as I have been able to confirm) is exclusively available via transmutation. If there are others, the codex does not reflect them.

In the Codex, the Corpus archwing enemy Gox appears to flicker and strobe violently.  If you're someone who gets seizures you probably don't want to view Gox in the Codex until DE fixes it.

Executioner Garesh has an error in his description: "... he himself become and Executioner."

Dru Pesfor also has an error: "A senior Analysts..." (extra S)

Also, Defection just straight up isn't in the Codex. And Deception is (and afaik, that's a variant of Sabotage now).

I'm having trouble getting scans for the Carabus (Grustag Three drone) using beacons. I tried using a beacon while being the host, asked a friend to host and use a beacon for me, both times I got a bunch of scans and I'm still sitting at 1/5 scans.

Is it possible it only works on naturally occuring G3? Or it only works for combinations of host and beacon-user I haven't tested (scanner hosts but someone else uses beacon, or scanner uses beacon but someone else hosts)? I wish I had tested more but I couldn't afford more beacons.

There was a bug where if you went down after scanning something it's scans wouldn't count, could that be the case here?

G3 tried to kill me today. Unfortunately for them, I was packing top of the line Razorwing heat. I scanned one Carabus manually and I also had Helios Prime with me... after I scanned the one, they showed green on my codex scanner, so I politely declined G3's offer of 100 self-sealing stem bolts. Scans didn't work, I'm still at 1/5 Carabus scans.

Have you tried seeing if it's the rathuum carabus drones instead?

Good idea. I went to Nakki and found Nox, killed at least 3 of these Carabus with my Synoid Heliocor, no change to my codex. There's only one Carabus codex in my entry (orange with red lines, I don't know if that indicates anything) with 1/5 scans completed. If there were two Carabus entries I should've completed at least one of them... Or maybe there are two and it's a bug related to Security Camera (two codex items with the same name)?

First off, Heliocor is not needed for Rathuum or Index. Enemies there are scanned automatically. Or at least should be, as that's how DE made it work.

With that out of the way, I must say I am quite confused with your issue. I have no "Carabus" codex entry, I have no locked entry under C as well, as well as no entry with drones sharing your description of "orange with red lines" (and I'm tired of  seeing Rathuum and G3). The only thing I can think of, is that you scanned some Carabus variant from an event, which is no longer present. Maybe the Rathuum event ones had an entry? The wiki does claim there is an entry for Carabus, but which variant I honestly have no clue.

The Unscanable Corpus Security Camera (also in Objects page) was finally fixed with PoE! Nice!

Now I see 2 new Corpus entries where I have only 2/20 scans Nemes Ranger and Nemes Scout. I've already completed Nemes RT and normal Nemes, not sure if these 2 are new or just some variants of Nemes e.g. from Malice spawns.

There are quite a few missing mods in Codex (probably all new mods), because it shows me that I have them all already.

For grineer I haven't finished all Tusk and Plains entries yet, but quite a few new entries :). Eidalon itself done :).

Pity that with PoE they didn't add new achievement for finishing Codex Entries, on the other hand with the number of bugs in Codex it's maybe better without.

I'm down to 3 unknown silhouettes if someone already found what they are:

1) Something which isn't listed in any faction tab (like Grineer, Corpus, .. it's only shown in All tab) between Guardsman and Heavy Gunner

2) Something Grineer between 002-ER and Akkalak Turret

3) Something Grineer between Tusk Butcher Eximus and Tusk Dargyn

3) Tusk Carabus is here, some bounty assassination targets deploy them. There is another one as well though, and it's the only one I'm missing besides your 2) as well.

 

Infested tumor has been fixed and now appears in the Objects section. However, the undiscoverable version of it hasn't been removed from codex.

Kavats Companions still don't have their description and abilities in the codex (like warframes do). I shouldn't have to visit the wiki for that kind of information.

Thanks, yes the 1) was Hacked Drone. For some reason Helios isn't scanning this one automatically.

3) I already have Tusk Carabus before that one now and the silhouette looks differently, so it probably isn't Tusk Carabus Eximus.

I had the turmor as well, but for me it started on 9/12 with the update so it was there in some form before as well.

So now I'm down to 2 Unknown and 2 incomplete (Nemes Ranger and Nemes Scout) and need to find few more Forgotten Grineer Containers for Objects.

The "undiscoverable version" of the infested tumor is in fact really well hidden and have been found : it appears - for now - exclusively in the JV trials.
Have a look on this post if needed.

Aerial Commander is the first one for Grineer Codex, no idea about the one between Tusk Carabus and Tusk Dargyn yet.

it looks like Tusk Command Dargyn will be the silhouette between Tusk Carabus and Tusk Dargyn :). Haven't had the chance to scan him yet (like http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Aerial_Commander, http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Recon_Commander)
