Sniper Scope's Don't Seem To Work With Zephyr

When ever I try to use any sniper rifle with her the aiming reticle through the scope seem to be right under the new dots (don't knew what there called) and makes it hard as hell to use.  I did try all 3 animation sets and all 3 of them seem to have it happen to the scope.  Is this a systems mess up on my part or is it (I'm pretty sure it is) a bug.
