BoomyGordo
title says it all. just used up all 4 revives because a single lucky bullet would hit one of the rockets (split chamber) and insta kill me from the explosion.
vasRayya
Why not? Thing is extremely OP, that's a good way to balance it out. Risk versus reward.

DarknightK
Hell, until Bombard rockets can be shot down, ogris missiles should be immune as well.

Of course you have to switch, or you can just fall back a bit and shoot it. if you don't like that, switch to the penta and stop complaining. shut
Why not? Thing is extremely OP, that's a good way to balance it out. Risk versus reward. No. "Risk" means that you can kill yourself if you're not careful. This is not "risk"; players are being punished for something that is entirely unavoidable. Imagine that you had a Warframe whose "4" ability was to simply do AoE damage over a wide range, but it had an unavoidable 1% chance of instakilling you when you used it while not producing its effect. Is that fair? Is that a balancing factor? OT: The rocket just shouldn't detonate at all. It should just sort of break and fall apart into nothingness, like what happens to rockets shot down by arrows in TF2. LazyKnight
A rocket that was shot down wouldn't necessarily explode (unless it used a impact for detonation). It wouldn't be game breaking to have them loss their detonation if they were shot down.

Thing has 500 some rounds default, deals out huge damage in a wide area. Of course you have to switch, or you can just fall back a bit and shoot it. if you don't like that, switch to the penta and stop complaining. the whole point of this topic is that they can shoot down your rocket right when you shoot it. Its the same as if they gave the gun a 4% jam chance and on jam it blew up in your face doing full damage. thats not balance thats punishment for even using the weapon. I personally think the ogris should use sniper ammo to level out its power with cost. THAT would be balancing it.
Ishki88
At first I was like...I should be able to shoot their rockets. But for the sake of a challenge, I changed my mind. BUT. I wish their rockets had a set explosion time.
