Rhino is a Rank 2 access frame which is going to lock the Prime Access to rank 2 and up. We'll see what happens. Edit: of Course, that was the Prime Access teaser, so I could just be horribly wrong as well. Won't be any Primes today. Probably coming with Melee 2.0 as U13. As if we needed to see more Rhinos on the field instead of persuating people to try out different things once in a millenia.
