These weapons are pure RNG and nothing else. I don't know how many times I've killed the stalker since his weapons were added as drops, and I still don't have the despair, it's ridiculous. Basically these weapons are behind rng walls (pure luck>skill), so in that case i think that these weapons should be also tradable. (Now i have 2 detron BP, 3 barrels and no receiver)...
