When you enter the foundry it should tell you a list of 4 items that you need to build it. It sounds like you only got 1 part of the 4 needed. On top of the 4 parts (with different amounts needed) it also cost credits to build it, and if you have insufficient funds you wont be able to build it. Could you elaborate some more? If it's difficult to do in English, maybe try in your native tongue, and somebody might be able to help you.
