Question About Supercharging

Hey guys. I tried searching around Google for this but A. I didn't find anything and B. it's kinda hard to word into a Google search so, maybe one of you guys can help me out.

Right, so using the free platinum I got when I started I decided to pick up two Orokin devices, one to supercharge my future frame and the next to supercharge one of my weapons.

Question I have is; when you supercharge something, do the extra mod slots you get only apply to the time that you supercharge?

Like for example- if I have a Level 10 frame then use the Supercharge, do I only gain 10 extra slots and I don't gain anymore slots as I level up? Or, does the supercharge supply one extra mod slot for each level you have then each time you level up you get 2 slots from then on?

I'm not sure if I should use my Orokins now, or wait until my weapons are capped to do so. If anyone wants to answer, would be greatly appreciated.

Normal frame - 1 Mod Energy per level.

Supercharged frame - 2 Mod Energy per level.

Same applies to weappons, and once applied, you will have doubled Mod Energy permanently.

Great, just what I needed to know. They should really clarify what exactly supercharging does :P.

And just to clarify myself; do you gain an extra mod slot for each level you have at the time of the supercharge as well?

You don't get more mod slots. 8 for weapons, 10 for warframes. That is it.

Warframes have 10 mod slots

Weapons have 8 mod slots

Leveling up does grant mod capacity (energy), but no additional mod slots.

30 cap max non-supercharged

60 cap max supercharged

Oh sorry, I worded my post wrong.

When I said slots I didn't mean the slots you put mods into. I ment the number of mod energy. Just wanted to clear that up.
