Info From Todays Stream (And Some From The Chat)

What We've Gotten So Far:

Improvements to the stealth system

Polearm and Spear Melee Weapons

Passive Upgrades

Possibility of more Mods Slots

Possible Changes to how parties launch a match

Clan Trading

Possible New Faction connected to Stalker

Rambo Mod for Paris: Shoot Explosive Arrows

Mod that reduces charge time on bow

Challenge goals for pistol/rifle/melee/stealth only. Stealth and specific weapons can be combined. Obviously, stealth wont be till after its improved.

Steam Achievements

Mercury is not supposed to be dropping Rare mods, and as such, they will be removed. The higher level enemies will be dropping higher rarity mods.

Lore system that will be implemented

Mods will be released in Seasons

There will be mods higher than rare, and be very hard to get

No Plans to Raise Level Cap

A way to turn the alarm off to reactivate stealth

Improvements to Blocking

20 or so Sentinel Precepts coming

New Sentinels

New Skins or Weapons once a week or biweekly

Possibility of Mod Profiles (groups of mods to quick swap from weapon to weapon)

More Bosses Like Jackal

Confirmed April Update and this will effect some of the current bosses, possibly replacing them

Drop Rate is not effected by how many players are in game

New Powers for each frame will be released each season

Weapon Specific Mods Confirmed

Talk of Releasing an API for players to make apps with. This will make King Taro happy.

They are looking into performance monitor tools, stuff like Frames/sec, latency, ping, etc etc etc.

A "fix" to being able to fusion mods without going in/out/in/out/in on the mod-equip screen. (He mentioned a (VERY) tentative monday as the release for that)

DESteve specifically replied to my question about a mod that increases the Stamina efficiency of blocking coming out with a yes, but that was before the Stream properly started.

From Composite GNFNR:

DESteve also responded to my question on CPU-based PhysX as something they could work with, but had no plans to do so at the time if I remember correctly. (slashhudson21 on the stream)

DE dont Retaire the cards system,

the issues with the system are not the cards itself but how $$$ they cost to upgrade and how lvl dont matter,

If you have passives or somehow makes lvl matter that would be a big step to fixing the issues.

also fix the money needed to needed to lvl the mods up.\

if that the cast then why leave close beta?

They aren't retiring the system, just some cards will be retired. Steve said that when they add in the passive stat bonuses, health and shield mods will be retired for weaker once, but the ones you have collected will be much like the lato vandal and be the only ones left in the game, so feel special cause you have them.

DOn't worry, DE was very enthusiastic about how much it loved the Card system, so I'm happy to say its staying.

Retiring health and shield cards after doing a bajillion runs to get them... dang it. Dx

Quite excited for all the new precepts on Sentinels and explosive arrows.

You get to keep the ones you got, as a special "You have it and no one else ever will" thing
