It happened during an isp drop and when my internet connection came back up up it restricted my connection, windows firewall actually gave me a prompt as if it were trying to connect for the first time. Rebooted the computer and it was fine. Point is its a port issue, check your firewall on your OS/virus scanner/router and forward them. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Even though they are on and other friends see them online. I did the analyze connection thing and it say's all systems nominal. I know this has been going on since closed beta, I expected them to have a fix for it by now... honestly i thought they did squash this bug (maybe they did too) could be cropping up again in relation to the recent chat related changes. it hasn't happened to me since but i'm very familiar with it from back when it was plague level. i was getting the NAT warning though a bit after U7, not anymore though.
