"no Account" / Account Verification Before Missions?

Now that's something really strange right here:

I wouldn't even be able to get to the main menu, if I didn't have a Warframe account.

And either way, I was unable to follow the instructions on screen since no button worked, however.

 

I was unable to play the mission.

I had to restart the game when this happened.

 

It did not occur on the next mission, but that does not mean that it cannot happen again, to me or someone else.
