Messed Up Account By Fusing Powers, How To Create Another One?using Steam.

Hello, as you have read in the title, I messed up my account by fusing my powers being a noob.I've been trying to get them to drop from mobs, but they just don't drop.When I boot up the game on steam, it just tells me to log in, not create a new account, lost p/w, username, w/e like they should have made the login screen.I need to create a new account but it won't let me.Help?

The only thing I can help with is when I created my account on the website. Sign out here go to main page and hit the download warframe button.

You can get the power back by farming. All hope is not lost.
