Whatarewordsworth
These are quite annoying and I think they could be executed better. What are llights with enough current to fry small animals doing on a freaking space ship anyway? Also, why are they broken, are we saying that Grineer don't have maintenance/repair men? AllanIncubi
Grineer dont care about their lights :P but I dont know what goes through their minds xD I am some automated turrets that pop up when stepping on a certain place seems more grineer
Arlayn
waste of resources to fix a single light... since they could always... you know... open a red door, and walk around it.
LoneStar4
this sort of prevents people from just running though maps in minute. get this: You actually have to use caution on a mission! i personally like the change because it was getting really repetitive and sometimes i start falling asleep just running though a map. at least this adds a little bit more of a challenge and makes things interesting. some people just want to be super buff in a game and be a god. there are plenty of those opportunities for that in this game already. i kinda like the fact of being mortal. but i agree that it can be executed better. because you can hardly notice the purple sparks. maybe if it were more noticeable? I think they should embrace the speed of this game and not try to slow us down, give us turbo strips and launch pads FFS, being slowed down sucks ! its not what this game is about ! fast movement FTW, BTW its not slowing me down at all its just annoying, they should focus on fun and not annoy us ! This game needs to deepen itself in more climatic epicness. Enemies with far more intelligence, ambushes, traps, mobile turrets, getting locked in a room with a tank Metal Gear Solid boss style. Having mystical bosses versus science bosses. Random events like a giant Infested arm smashing through a wall grabbing you, and throwing you into another part of ship ruins. Grineer welding a door shut, and forcing you to use maintence ducts. Parts of a ship being blown up, and forcing you to take other routes, or fight against the vacuum of space. Have the gravity in a room flipped for a period of time, or after blowing up a generator gravity gets flipped upside down, or to the side, and you have to take maintnence shafts to get around. Seriously speed is not the way to go.
RoboDoge
I still run through them. Only time i got killed by them i when i got 2 of them in mission spawn point. I was dead even before i spawned into mission. They are not making rushers any slower, they are just annoying and bad mechanic.

Firetempest
They are. Its annoying and they blend in with the environment." A game amount fast movement. Lets give a incentive to slowing down and let them get zap anyway because its right on the corner and even knowing its there with a scanner they cant avoid it." Brilliant. Boatsniper
they said they nerfed them abit. They didn't. Two lights killed my Nyx after I slid under a metal thingy with absolutely no warning. Broken Lights are a bad idea and DE should feel bad for implementing them. It doesn't discourage rushing; it discourages playing on the tile set in the first place. Why do you think Corpus are suddenly dominating the Solar System? There are no traps when siding with them, making for a much less irritating mission. Though it does add lore in a sense of saying the Grineer have run-down, yet effective tech.
