Her body is ready. She even took her helmet off. And a whole head, but that's nothing really. Somebody broke the vents, it's snowing inside That's what happen when you finish the mission, you get black screen, but you can still shoot and use abilities. Except... Without the black screen! You can still run around, kill the remaining enemies, jump, use abilities, restores, everything. The HUD is missing, though, and the enemies are not moving.
