First, the usual damage/multishot mods: Serration, Heavy Calibre, and Split Chamber.

Then, since the Soma has a great crit stats, add Point Strike and Vital Sense to take advantage of that. If you find a Hammer Shot feel free to add it on.

Lastly, your "utility" mods- until you get Shred, you can make do with Speed Trigger + Metal Auger; the +fire rate will help the gun spin up faster. You really do need Shred though. Start running Venus Nightmare missions as soon as you can.

That's 7 mods. The last slot can go to Cryo Rounds to balance the high puncture and let it damage shields, or a Bane mod.

I know that and i have Point Strike,Vitals Sense wich are crit mod but i wan't to know how do i make it to do more damage.

Max crit chance and crit damage, plus Serration and multishot. Then put in your favourite elemental combos and maybe a faction damage if you have space and capacity... can't remember all the names.

Yes I too feel Heavy Cal is too valuable in a Soma build. I would never take it off mine. And to me a fire rate mod adds nothing. Properly modded, Soma kills in one or two shots. My build is Serration, Point Strike, Vital, SplitC, HeavyCal (r6or7), Hammershot, two elements. thats with 4 forma

Hammershot actually isn't very good. Shred is staple though. It doesn't show very big of a dps increase using dps calculators because it doesn't take hitting multiple targets into account, but in reality it's probably the biggest boost in overall damage and dps you do.

In addition to

#1 Allows you to hit multiple enemies

#2 Allows you to shoot through objects/teammates instead of running to a different position

it also:

#3 It reduces the spin up time, bringing to peak DPS sooner against high level heavies

#4 doesnt discourage headshots even at range, cmon 4x crit multiplier.

Agree with that.
