Okay, so me and a buddy have an Ignis with basically the same Formas, and 6 stars.
We both use it primarily for Infested, and really long Corpus survivals where we dont want to risk killing ourselves with Penta... We were arguing about the optimal Corpus build and it kinda... snowballed. Turned into a couple of hours of throwing numbers around and calculating dps at various enemy types...
Anyhow, we worked it out, but I figured it'd be good to post the results here (and math in spoilers).
Check: 0.64 sec to break shields, toxin has done 80.4 dmg to robotic
669.6 robotic remains, @ 515.9 DPS = 1.29 sec
1.93 sec to do 900 dmg = 446.3 DPS
#3 Mag/Fire
613.3*.165 + 479.5*.835 = 501.6 DPS
#4 Mag/Fire with Firestorm
579.8*.165 + 379.1*.835 = 412.2 DPS
The Results:
RESULTS
Moas
#1: 440.3 EDPS
#2: 440.3 EDPS
#3: 575.2 DPS
#4: 522.6 DPS
Crewmen
#1: 880.7 EDPS
#2: 880.7 EDPS
#3: 575.2 DPS
#3: 522.6 DPS
Corpus Tech
#1: 497.4 DPS
#2: 510.8 DPS
#3: 504.6 DPS
#4: 424.9 DPS
Fusion Moa
#1: 326.8 DPS
#2: 387.6 DPS
#3: 546.4 DPS
#4: 479.5 DPS
Oxium Osprey
#1: 389.6 DPS
#2: 446.3 DPS
#3: 501.6 DPS
#4: 412.2 DPS
And Average DPS, which isnt weighted for enemy type composition so should only be used to compare vs same elemental type:
Average DPS
#1: 526.96 DPS (1.15% less DPS than #2, but gains 20 ammo/clip and 9.5% status/sec)
#2: 533.14 DPS
#3: 540.6 DPS
#4: 472.4 DPS (12.6% less DPS than #3, but gains 24% range)
Soooo yeah.
Toxin good for Crewmen and Techs, but not great against Moa's and friggin' Oxium Ospreys will just ignore you.
Might as well build status/+clip tho, as its only a tiny dps loss, and most noticeable against Oxium Ospreys, which you cant kill effectively anyways. The extra toxin procs probably make up the DPS loss.
Mag/Fire works best for robots, slightly slower kills against Crewmen. Better overall as imo robots are tougher than crewmen.
Equipping Firestorm in the Mag/Fire build is an average 12.6% DPS loss. Don't think it's worth it, personally.
Now that I've done this for Ignis, which basically no one uses, I really need to go back and take a look at the generic weapon situation... I just don't want to. :'(

The Builds:
#1 - 220% Radiation + 150% Toxin utility build: http://goo.gl/lLsXJC [has +20 ammo/clip and +9.5% status/sec]
#2 - 280% Radiation + 150% Toxin damage build: http://goo.gl/dQuQd5
#3 - 240% Magnetic + 190% Fire damage build: http://goo.gl/Nv74Eq
#4 - 240% Magnetic + 100% Fire range build: http://goo.gl/OR6ulX [Has Firestorm, +24% range]
No Ammo Mutation, as we don't mind dropping ammo restores (and I still have a few hundred ammo boxes rofl)
