Cant Buy Platinum

Hi guys, i received 75% plat discount. Now i wanted to purchase 1K plat, from the game im directly redirected to the site with the discounted prices, i choose my amount of plat i want to buy via Visa. I have registered in the UltimatePay. After that i wrote the card number,  security number, next i filled the all fields and as name and surname i wrote my mums, because my card expired last week and i still havent recieved my new card (i wrote mums cards numbers), after all is filled and i have to click finish the purchase or something like that it keeps loading and next i get  CYBERSOURCE ERROR We're sorry but your credit card was declined. If you think this is in error, please call the phone number on the back of your card. (there is enought money to finish that transaction, daily money withdraw limit was not reached)

 

I have purchased by that way in other games too without problems, so any hints?

I'm having the same problem, except I'm using a 3v voucher, It worked when I bought the Inferno pack.

I only ever got that from my credit card or Paypal if I had purchased a little too much during that week or so.

I suppose there's some kind of limit to how much or how many times you can bank out from online purchases?

 

Not entirely sure if that's the case for you but it was when it happened to me at least.

I tried three credit cards and I get the same error message.  I called the Credit Card companys and they told me that there is nothing wrong with my accounts...

Its not letting me buy plat either it keeps giving me a cybersource error -_-

Im getting this error now too. And I JUST BOUGHT platinum a few hours ago. I left my house for awhile, came back, got my daily log in bonus (20% off buying platinum) and now Im getting the error.

 

So... we get discounts to make us happy, but MYSTERIOUSLY there is problems when you try to use it and it's blamed on our credit card company?

I'm starting to wonder if I should trust this game with my credit card info to buy platinum at all... seems too fishy.

 

I'm thinking there will be no more platinum in my future, a company like this should have a top notch, error free pay system. And when threads like this pop up, they should be on it the same day fixing it the problems. Yet I see this problem is on going for awhile now.

 

Great game, but I'll never buy platinum again.

yeah its still going on now. I want to buy the Prime access and won't let me with card or paypal. You would think they would want my money.

When I tried to get plat to complete my Ember, Paypal and credit card both failed.

 

Only Steam Wallet worked.
