Mod Folders And Categories

Does anyone feel overwhelmed having to sort trough hundreds of mods? Why can't I just make "folders" or a Categories for my own personally use? I want to categorize all my mods.

 

For Example I would have these Categories and possible others.

 

Trading Mods, where I would dump all the mods I am willing to sell or trade and help keep track of more easily. Very annoying to sell a mod and find out you already sold your last one already.

 

I would also have a Favorites, where I keep all my precious mods that I wouldn't trade and that I commonly use for my frames or weapons.

 

My other Category would be Fusion Fodder, all the mods that are useless to me that im willing to use as fusion fuel.
 

The top right bar with the sorting by name, rank etc does help, but the system is still a headache to use. Lets see if we can bring some kind of mod management into the game.

 

Should not be hard to implement I would imagine. Please post any ideas that would improve mod or inventory management, as I want to spend more time playing than sorting through my 2000 mods.

You can already sort mods 9 ways, and then you can select which mods you see another 9 ways.  That's a lot of sorting options already.  Having mods in folders seems counterproductive.  When I am messing with a sidearm, I select the sidearm one and that cuts down my mod list significantly.  It just seems like a lot of work, every time I finish a survival with a 3000 item pickup, I need to go back through and sort all the mods into folders.
