I would replace Fleeting Expertise for Constitution, but that's my personal opinion.

Otherwise, great build.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that power efficiency is hard-capped at 75%, so you lose 15% on having both Fleeting and Streamline.

it should just be capped at 75+ plus adding both of them together should still counteract the blind rage -efficiency giving me barely +35% power efficiency. Or am I understanding the whole thing wrong?

Oh right, you had Blind Rage on! Forgot that. Well then, yes, you are correct, I am just too tired to be on the forums!

Hahah, in that case your build is as good as it gets!

Do you think an extra forma is worth it?

Tbh yes, with the booster (from the event) and how Forma drops like candy these days, I dont see a problem. But it all goes from person to person, thats my view on it. Based on my current situation where I have too many Forma (17) and quite a few bps lying around and not much to do other than repeatedly Forma my frames and weapons. With weapons Im a bit more conservative, cause theres always a chance an AK version or a Prime/Wraith/Vandal may be right around the corner, as for frames, they will always be worth the investment, even if they get revamped or the Prime versions are a tad better.

If you dont want to spend another Forma then it isnt needed, just suggested cause in the end Constitution ends up being better on the long run.
