Didn't Recieve Valkyr's Helmet Bp From The Alert

As said in the title, I didn't recieve the helmet from the alert.

 

I already had the helmet itself before the BP alert, I wonder if this is only happening to me because I had it?

 

 

P.S: Talking to other people, they also didn't recieve the BP and already had the helmet.

I got mine as I started building immediately. Send a message to support. Hopefully they won't reply with 'Just wait, you'll get it again!'

I think it was a recent patch.  they made it so that if you already have an alt helmet unlocked.  You don't get the blueprints anymore from alerts, or at least they don't show up in the foundry since their isn't a reason for them to show up, since you already have the helmet and can't sell skins/alt helms.

I just spotted the helmet in my foundry, not going to make it cause I don't have Valkyr.
