Lanka Innate Puncture+Status Question.

Notice how the Lanka has recently gotten an innate 5m puncture effect. Now, can status effects prob off of every hit the 1 bullet deals? Like, if i hit 5 enemies with one shot of my lanka and it procs Gas, does that entail each enemy receiving 200% bonus aoe damage on top of the base damage?

It can't hit 5 enemies. It hits one obstacle (enemy, railing, ally) of maximum thickness of 5 metres, and flies further untill it hits something else. It punches through just once.

Wrong it will keep going until it has passed through 5 metres of solid objects regardless of how many there are.

From what I have seen if a weapon procs all enemys hit by it will get the proc.

Disagree. I can kill several enemies with a single shot. And this happens because the shot can pierce several enemies.

 

And yes, having Gas and Electrical damage can inflict a serious catastrophe on the enemy, as both elemental procs will cause area damage. It's the wise man's Ogris ;-)

i hadn't thought of trying that. that's interesting. dear god. i'm going to get a Loadout for that now.

Awesome build. The 5m punch through will kill a lot of enemies in a straight line and the Gas and Electrical proc will kill or seriously harm any surrounding enemies.

Try it on defense maps and get ready. Catastrophe on the biblical scale.
