Frost Prime Snow Globe Mod Set

Armour and AP for now. When they put the stun back on Avalanche, then Duration mods will be worth adding too (assuming they attach the stun to Duration and not Range again).

I seriously hope that Frost doesn't have to be modded for everything; currently, he's all about increasing Power Strength and Efficiency in favor of Duration.

Assuming damage is constant, the globe breaks in:

 

8 seconds, +3500 health * Power Strength + Armorx5

 

Adding Steel Fiber increases the health contribution from 950 to 1995, an increase of 1045 health.

Adding Intensify increases the health contribution from 3500 to 4550, an increase of 1050 health, and also affects damage done with Avalanche and Ice Storm.

 

Adding the Aurora helmet increases armor by 48, increasing globe health by 240

Adding the Squall helmet increases strength by 15%, increasing globe health by 525.

 

 

I can't see any reason why we'd build any differently than pre 12.4. Maybe toss in SF somewhere, but dont sacrifice strength to do so.

 

Actually, Strength/armor seems kinda pointless entirely. With a -50% FE and Intensify, the globe will last for 8 sec + 5500 damage, and disappear in 7 more seconds anyways. Unless its taking more than 785 DPS, which wont happen till really high levels, theres no point in stacking more strength or armor. And increasing duration will just make the globe have a lower incoming DPS threshold to break before it runs out anyways.

Gives me a 7k globe for less than 20 energy, @ 15 seconds. Anything else you want can be added in. If you truely wanted to max out snowglobe, I would cap FE and streamline, introduce Blind Rage, and add in a Constitution or Continuity.
