So Judging By The Forums, Warframe Is A Broken Mess Of Rng, Badly Implemented Ideas And Insanity, I Disagree But Only Slightly

So lately i have been Looking around and it seems that more and more Posts about Bad things such as RNG and those "Darn Broken Lights Air vents, Walls, Pipes" and many other things has Increased significantly...It seems that some of the Community would agree that Warframe is a Broken game Not being Fixed but Simply adding content to the Fire of already Broken things such as RNG, Grinding and Extremely unbalanced Weapons/Frames....I would disagree with it being Completely Broken but i must admit it would seem that Things that should be fixed are simply being Pushed away and forgotten by Unnecessary Content every week , Melee 2.0 is a great start to Fixing Old Issues and im sure many more will come over time.

Opinions?

(Would not surprise me if this post is deleted)

Your first mistake is listening to the forums.

Though there are certain problems that have been going on and the broken light issue is a new thing that desperately needs a rework, most of what you're talking about is simple exaggeration. People go on forums to rant and rage about whatever is currently bothering them in the game, and with it comes a huge bloat of fabrication.

Not to mention, every single week we're given updates that not only add the content you speak of, but also have a nice, long list of fixes. Many of these fixes may seem small at times, but they ARE fixes, and those that seem more noticeable are also those that take far longer to work on. It's not as simple as going into the scripts and changing a number here and there.

Sorry i came of a Bit full of Exaggeration =)...My point was mainly about what i have seen on the forums and i through my own opinion in there, Im also aware its not easy to Fix issues but what other way is there to say it really =\

Warframe isn't really a "broken" game. I've seen broken (cough cough APB Reloaded) and warframe still sits comfortably far away from that. It has some big issues right now - rng, the marketplace, etc. But I also see weekly updates, consistent dev-community interaction, decently well-paced events. etc. The dev interaction is a giant thing here. The past couple months have seen the game change dramatically, and so far there is really no reason to think that updates and changes won't keep coming out, including tackling some of those bigger issues.

Even though I'm pretty vocal on my issues with Warframe on these forums, no game should be judged on the public message boards alone.

I understand but tbh this is the only reasonable Place to really see Other Peoples opinions in depth on warframe. As far as i know.

My opinions are formed based on my own gameplay experience

Judging the game from them is to judge it from my perception and experience of the game with only limited information.

Anyone else who is worth talking to around here is in the same state

Insanity is an attribute of strong man. When you do things weaker man would not do.

"Sanity is for the weak" you know.

In this product, there are too many contradictions. doubtful decisions and concepts. And unfortunatelly from update to update situation is getting worse... For a player. For a developer things can and may be different.

If you wanna see broken game, you may wanna check something like APB or Banished(although this is indie and many things can be forgiven).

Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm all for people coming here to find out about the game.

However, I've been accused of (intentionally and accidentally) warping people's views of Warframe simply because of my 'bitter thread'.

A notion that I find is utterly stupid, but w/e. (I find it almost sad that people think I'm here to intentionally hurt Warframe's playerbase)

So, when it comes to message boards, by all means, soak in as much info as you possibly can but form your own opinions and use the others as a resource.

the lights got fixed,

the rng complaints are normal since its a gamble and luck that people think they need to vent their frustration and find comfort posting it over forums to gain support to their misfortuned.

idk about badly implemented ideas - i find the game's contents very satisfying.

happens to be that most of those flamers are just guys who dont understand this game...

they play blind and run around and dont look what their teammates do nor what is happening around them and when their screen flashes white and they get electricity proc or they run trough door and their energy is gone they just hop in forums and start the infinite torrent of tears which goes "rage dis thing didnt used to happen before patch plz de fix it QQ"

so mostly they should just be ignored for their oppinion is based on their lack of understanding this game and tendency to rage on everything new that they just happend not to bother look up and/or understand

Warframe isn't broken, it's unfinished. It's not where the devs want it to be just yet. It'll get there.

The reason you see complaints on the forums is because people are more likely to tell you what they don't like about your product that what they do. This is a relatively new practice that started about five minutes after the concept of commerce was created.

It's nothing new, and really not a bad thing. I'm sure DE was well aware of the kind of posts they'd get when they set up a public forum, and they've done a good job of incorporating both positive and negative feedback into their process.

So Judging By The Forums

Dear Op, why have you ignored completely all the good things one may glean from the forums?

Also:

Warning  Very Strong Lenguage.

One of the gaming industry's best directed and voice-acted scene ever.

The delivery was perfect.

I am certain that this game will be absolutely different after one year.

The RNG and different kinds of ideas are like the ingredients and seasonings of a dish. If you can balance both of it, you can make a delicious dish.

Warframe will be awesome if we can give DE time to tweak and add new things. I think that it will be worth waiting.

People who are dissatisfied will pretty much always be louder than those who are satisfied.

Not to mention that this game is still in "beta". If there is a time and place to try and help the game change for the better, there really isn't a better place than right here on the forums while it still carries the beta tag.

Internet forum posters = 15-20% of the game's population.

People scream how this isn't a beta, but we DO make a difference. If we didn't, Frost's Snow Globe would have been left as it was, the Soma would still be king of DPS and all the hallway heroes would not have anywhere to complain when the other members of their team let the objective die.

All in all? Yes, some good points. Some bad points. DE makes mistakes and often seems to repeat the same mistakes. But... here is the kicker... They don't do what Ubisoft does. (ignore the problem and ban anyone who complains too loudly.) They don't do what EA often does. (Ignore the problem completely). They don't even do want NCSoft does. (Read about problems and shut the game down with no warning.)

Yes, there are legitimate complains mixed in with the trolling, complaining about players/controls/enemies/weapons/etc/etc/etc and all the other assorted forum stuff.

But I have personally seen changes for the better since I came aboard the day the game went open beta. Rollers... The Grineer Lancers carrying Bratons that fired at Twin Viper speed, anyone? Talk about OP... What about Snow Globe? Yes it isn't invulnerable now. It is not the AFKer's dream that it was.

I know, I know. I should be hating, screaming and yelling like so many others. Nah. Too tired from having fun.
