Fever Strike Mod

So, in my 150+ hours of total gameplay along with 5 - 6 of friends (also around 100+ total hours gameplay since most of the time we play as a squad together), we have never seen this mod.. ever..

I'm not actually grinding for it, but considering none of us have actually seen it at all..
I'm curious whether it's RNG or a bug or something..

We started playing since update 12, not sure when but definitely after Cicero's crisis..
Does this mod still drop? Or is it bugged? (Fever Strike : http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Fever_Strike)

but lemme re-phrase the sentence on my 1st post..

The problem is it drops from an enemy that doesn't spawn regularly. Only dropped twice for me. Got 1000+ ingame hours.

If you want the mod, you need to find Phobos and Jungle tile sets that have as many butchers as possible.

 

Survivals usually work the best.

After 800 hours, I only have 2 of those mods.

Got my first using transmutation and the other one while running the Mobile Defence on Phobos.

....yeah. Fever strike is a real bugger to get. I only have 1 left (sold one from transmute, one from phobos). COntagious spread is the hardest to get IMO.

You probably never saw a Fever Strike drop because you had to go out of your way to fight the only enemy that dropped it.

 

Until recently, Arid Butchers on Phobos were the only enemy that dropped Fever Strike, which rarely spawn and have a diluted drop table.  With the addition of the forest tileset on Earth, it's not as painful to get a Fever Strike to drop since the Frontier Butchers drop them as well and spawn more often than their Arid counterparts.

i have 300+ hours of gameplay on this acc. (+250 before i reset it so a total of nearly 600) and have ONE.

Frontier Butchers' loot table is still diluted.  Seven mods and three cores is a lot of RNG to fight.

You're not going to get it any time soon without farming on Phobos.

Even farming on Phobos, you might get one every 5~10 hours or so.

I somewhat have 4 duplicates of this mod... and i did not bother farming them i don't remember where i got them.
