ChameleonDude
Right, where to begin? Normally, I don't have to post my ideas on the forums since DE somehow adds them to the game without me having to say a word (I think they're spying on me with some sort of Tenno satellite). However... this one idea has never made it into the game... and this makes me sad. So, I figured I'd share it with everyone here and hope that it gets noticed. So, Phobos. It already has a boss (well, technically two, but you know what I mean); but why should it be limited to just one boss fight? How about we add another node at the end of the top-right branch of Phobos, a boss fight with the natives of this region. No, not the Grineer (even if the Lotus tells us it is, at the most inappropriate times) - the skate. I propose the Skate Broodmother. Instead of the usual fight against some humanoid, or occasionally a robot, how about another fight like Lephantis; a giant... thing (in this case, a skate)? The mechanics for such a fight would probably be best left to the professionals, but attacks could include: - Hiding under the sand - A sandstorm - Getting underneath the players and flipping them over - Repeated jabs with its huge tail - Smiling derpily - Summoning more skate - Summoning flying skate to provide aerial support - Eating the player Now, onto the important part. This giant skate must be voiced by Sir Terry Wogan. Why, you might ask? All those voices you hear on Phobos, they don't come from the Grineer radios; they come from the skate. So, why not have the greatest voice of radio voice the greatest skate? Anyway, that's about all I have to offer on the idea for the moment, hopefully it will be appreciated and well received by the community. I can't even begin to imagine how it couldn't.
