Sarmon
How to fix them? If Corpus are giving a blue potato, give the Grineer faction something to counter that and vice versa. This way, it balances the fight out and doesn't make it a one-sided 10-minute rushfest where a lot of people do their 5th run only to realize they got nothing because the invasion is over. I've stopped doing these invasions altogether because they are just not fun. Rush as fast as possible while molecular priming as much enemies as possible and then waiting for the countdown timer to go down because someone usually decides it's a good idea to go AFK and leech. [but AFKing leechers a completely different issue] If someone has a better idea, suggest it.
Boosted.Oreo
Someone suggested give a minimum timer for invasions like an hour or more no matter how much % the grinner / corpus took and my opinion give the two factions the same reward (until it comes to research items and something specific to that faction like fieldrons and etc ) and when it comes to potatoes give one faction reactor and the other catalyst Edited March 15, 2014 by Shinzo.K
se05239
The amount of rushing and mindless MP'ing is due to the game-mode itself being a grind-fest. Kill x enemies, run as fast as you can, repeat mission 5 times. Most of the cases, the rewards are not even worth trying to get. The promise of decreased amounts of grind and farm in Warfarm was promised long ago by DE and they still are not really living up to the expectations given by them. SquirmyBurrito
give one faction reactor and the other catalyst That wouldn't change much since catalysts are by far the more popular item. An easy solution (I think) would be to simply scrap the extraction timer in invasion missions. Invasion missions are extermination missions, there really is no point in making everyone wait. True , but again it's my opinion and I agree, I think putting on both sides catalysts or reactors could do too no? as I said on my last post :/ Edited March 15, 2014 by Shinzo.K

We've already seen it happen, blue tater wins pretty much everytime - both sides would have to offer the same type of tater for it to be an actual contest. With everyone completing the missions even faster, the invasion would also be over even sooner. Math is a *@##$. It will be even more fun when the game gets larger, there will come a point when so many players run those alerts at once that NONE of them gets the reward... ;)

Those people who are currently being forced to wait the full extraction timer are at a disadvantage. Eliminating the timer altogether would allow them to roughly keep up with full parties of active players. Yes, the node would get completed faster. But those people with AFK'ers in their squad wouldn't be screwed over. The only people who would really benefit from this are those people. Math is a very nice lady. Nainsidh
Yeah, cause those 5 minutes would magically solve the entire invasion imbalance problem...
SquirmyBurrito
Yeah, cause those 5 minutes would magically solve the entire invasion imbalance problem... I never said it would solve imbalances, but it would help prevent people from failing to complete their five simply because they were stuck waiting at the end of every run. 5 minutes is also quite a lot of time given how fast paced an invasion mission can be.
