BloodCarnival Posted March 15, 2014 Share Posted March 15, 2014 (edited) Mainly when you're not on. but if you have a phone that can get Apps, there's a really neat Alert App you can download for FREE that'll notify you from Every Alert that comes up to very specific alerts like Blue Prints only or Mods only, etc or get even more specific alerts (like Vauban systems) by inputting the item that you want and it'll notify you according to your settings.
