Here a whole bunch of things they should add to the game or change in my opinion.

(Also for the PC users, if it didn't happen already)

1. Weapon stats should be shown in the modding window, while applying mods to the weapon. That makes it much more comfortable and faster. Example: See Warframe-Builder.com

2. The big map should get a purpose. Make it show the locations of all players/allies in real time. If they are beyond the edge of the map, attach a small arrow to the blue Lotus icon, directing to the location. AND: Create different icons or colorsets for allies/players/enemies etc on that map, to differ players from allies in general and so on.

3. Add additional tabs to the inventory, to properly differ ressources from blueprints and such, or add a search function. Should speed up the search progress and make it more comfortable when working with fully filled inventories.

4. Add a "finished" tab to the foundry, showing all finished products, and take them out of the "in progress" tab. Will slightly enhance the view on a full crafting window.

5. In the lobby and in a mission, the host should be marked with an icon (maybe a crown or the lotus icon?), so that players can see who is hosting the squad.

6. The host of a squad should be able to assign a new host anytime (might be troublesome in the current host-migration-situation, rhyme rhyme) by opening the social menu and clicking/pressing on the players name in the squad chat window or sth. similar, then assign new host.

7. A free and movable camera function should be added to the in game codex, to get an accurate view on the weapon/item/warframe/enemy/etc. Also an additional button should be added that either allows a full screen view, or turns of all UI windows, including the player's gauge at the top of the screen and the item's description box. A zoom button or general navigation buttons could be useful. This would also result in a full view on the item or whatever it is you want to look at.

8. The waypoint should get further functions/commands. Example: When holding the waypoint button/key, a wheel should pop-up, similar to the gear wheel, showing commands for the waypoint (like "defend", "follow" or "go to"), which should also have different colors. This will make teamplay much easier, especially for newer players. Additionally players should be able to apply the waypoint on other players, see example "follow" command. The waypoint should also last a little bit longer, before it disappears. Also add more logic to the mission's waypoint system. Sometimes if you follow them, you end up elsewhere.

9. There should be information about incoming updates/hotfixes/maintenances, that may cause the game to shutdown or to be inaccessible for a while, or other special announcements, shown in the news tab in the main menu. Of course there should also be announcements about any current and upcoming event. Nobody likes to miss such things.

10. How about some kind of current status notification for players? A little feature that allows them to enter their current status in words, like "away for 30 mins", or if it's too much, just add a list to choose between "online", "n/a", "afk" or "invisible". So that people don't desperately keep inviting each other, though one guy's gone for a hour or two.

11. When choosing a mission, you shouldn't be immediately dragged into an already playing squad, even if playing online. There should be some kind of window appearing (showing the host's name + amount of players and the time played), where you can choose to join the squad, or to create a new one. Why? I found some squads to be extremely laggy, sometimes even a reason why I quit a mission. When I go back to that mission, guess what, dragged into the same unplayable game. I definitely won't find people that like that idea, especially nobody from the staff, but it's just a suggestion. No hate spread.

12. A block player feature (since ignore apparently only blocks messages and invitations from players, but you can still play with them). When you block a player, you should not be able to join any of his games, including squads he is a member of, unless you agree to it. In this case a message should pop up, notifying the player about that, and giving the option to join the lobby/mission or not.

13. A block list and ignore list tab should be added additionally to 12, or just in general, because I have no idea how many people I've put on "ignore", and maybe I'd like to reset them back to the normal state.

14. Enable sending messages to players via inbox. Because I noticed as soon as you logout, the tab where you had a chat with a player is gone, including all messages. The message sent to inbox won't disappear, unless the addressee deletes it ofc.

15. In the clan window, add an option to put clan members in the list in a descending order (by rank), for both online and offline players. Should be easy to enable this for PC players. How to do it for the PS4 guys? There's that Triangle-button-menu in the clan window, you can add this feature there.

16. Create some kind of multi-mission squad feature, where the host can chose in advance different maps to play in a row, e.g. mission 1: Exterminate, when finished, mission 2 starts: Capture, after that immediately mission 3: Defense - no arsenal in between, no mission result. After finishing all mission there should be a summary of the missions done/failed, including bonuses and all the regular stuff you see in the results. There should also be a voting system for squad members to agree/disagree on that. Obviously there must be a limit of maybe 3 missions, else it would probably take too long. For successfully finishing all "3" missions in a row, players should be rewarded with an additional bonus to affinity (and maybe) to the ressources they've gathered during the mission streak. So basically a bonus to the bonus that you get anyway for each successfully finished mission (known from regular gameplay).

17. Friend invitation messages should be additonally sent to the inbox, just like clan invitations.

18. Mission invitations from other players should contain information like: unknown player/recent player/clan member/friend + the mission you are being invited to, the squad's member count and how long they've been playing, if the mission has started already.

19. When spectating (after death) you should be able to switch between player's view and the camera sensitivity should be boosted because it's pathetically slow when turning.

20. The 2 options "Profile" and "Show Profile", when clicking on a player in the social menu, are confusing. Change "Show Profile" to e. g. "Show PSN Profile" (for PS4 players).

21. If players fail to invite each other, the one that sent an invitation should be notified why the player invited is unable to join you.

22. Add a timer/countdown next to the "Rank Up" mission in the main menu, so that players dont need to click/press it to see how long it takes to restart the rank up mission. Why? If you are not sure how long you need to wait, press it, and suddenly you'll start the rank up mission completely unprepared with a random low level Warframe and bad loadout (because you apparently wanted to level them up, but you were curious about that rank up countdown), well then, depending on the rank up mission, you will most likely fail right again!

22. Make the number on the profile picture, that's indicating the player's rank, better visible or find another place for it. Because some profile pictures cover that rank number. Maybe just add it next to the players name? In brackets "(3)" or in words "Rank 3" maybe?

23. When choosing a mission on nightmare mode, players should be informed about the enemies average level (for defense missions average lvl of wave 1). Of course only unless this is supposed to be the second surpise factor of nightmare missions... you know.. besides the negative effects or the timer.

Oh right, I wanted to report this bug in the PS4 forums...

Found a golden glowing mod on the floor... it wasn't even a rare one...

What a shame!

I actually quite like the squad command idea, especially for people who are going in with a pre arranged squad or clan mates.

Decide who is squad leader, squad leader can request certain actions at a point, completing actions rewards affinity for your frame, or builds up a squad reward pool of some kind, be it a credit multiplier or something like that.

Might prove problematic with having it as an active fighting member, maybe a commander type option like in BF 4, especially for survivals or defence.

You could open a whole load more different game types and objectives that way.

+1 I like it all, might be some ways to go around here and there to get this implemented but there is always a way.

As for Nr.8 "Also add more logic to the mission's waypoint system. Sometimes if you follow them, you end up elsewhere."

This is in fact quite true, maybe an "aura" floating towards the waypoint for each player like in "Killing Floor" Aswell as a destination marker for the waypoint.. Maybe a hightlighted area around marker on ground. ( Just like how the aura around cryopod before mission start type of design, or the new gamemode that came out on earth not so long ago) Take Note: (just a small little beam of ring, not the entire map :'D)

I will monitor thread for further posts, these things are key when making the "small" things matter even more.

Yeah. Warframes are filled to the brim with nanoaugmentations, why not giving them a navigation system? Or at least the option for players to activate, if they wish to.
