Skipping Sargas Ruk Phases

So, apparently Trinity's Link is able to inflict damage directly to Sargas Ruk's Health,  before taking out each of his weak spots and you are able to just skip all of his phases. But only if you are not hosting. I tested against Lech Kril and Captain Vor, but that won't work on them.

EDIT: Yes he is really easy, Yes there are other ways to skip phases. This is just a cool thing i wanted to show for those who didn't know yet. I'm not bragging or anything.

Ye i've noticed theres a few little bypasses, high damage puncture/punch through weps also do it. Bows certainly do though theyre not 100% reliable and can potentially one hit if not host or usually 3 shot if host. I have seen people bringing weapons such as the boltor prime and lanka too which appear to have the same effects. It does ofcourse make orokin cell farming nice and quick but the nature of it is questionable, pretty sure it is a bug but i guess it could be intentional for high level players.

In all honesty i think most people have picked up on it already atleast on pc, if you hop in a sargas lobby its filled with bows and often atleast 1 trinity too, the trinity effect is just lesser known i think, or perhaps just inferior to bows.

people to exploit the easiest to kill boss in the game...? Who would waste their time exploiting a boss that drops VALUABLE Orokin Cells.

Not you rex though ^.^ but this will be used for some bad stuff.

 

Killing him is fast but this will turn him into total speedkill like hek, anyo, and about every boss not including ruk and lech krill and lephantis.

 

Although there is a way too kill Lech krill without Fire phase, at least there was before viral change, you could go through his shield with brakk or good proc guns  in general.

 

Edit i forgot about Snipers and Bows these can waste him without  any glitch.

Really, what's the worst that can happen? Some people farming him 200 times for Orokin Cells? He's already easy to kill if you know what you're doing.

 

There have been worse things lately... Like the Legendary Core exploit bullsh*t some weeks ago.

 

It's clearly a bug/glitch and should be moved to the Bug Section.

Does Viral proc work against Ruk? It's able to drain 75% of Kril's health before the fire phase.

Ah I don't care about Rhino Prime... I'll get him eventually either on coincidence while doing Void missions or when the whole set is down to 20P due to oversaturation of the market... :D

Yeah but the voids drop tables are weird atm. I just go there for cores and current prices still for full set is about 200 plats

Just wait for the drop tables to be magically fixed once most people have him bought already by Prime Access or by wasting ridiculous amounts of Platinum :P

Actually some people buy prime access cause they have access to something special in the website, special syandana or they truly want to support the game. Let's wait for Booben Prime shall we. 5000Plats for main BP only. \(^_^)/

People who buy Prime Access for the other stuff or because they want to support the game actually will never complain about dropping Trade prices concerning Rhino Prime Parts, why should they? :D

 

Only people who buy the Prime access especial for Rhino Prime or trade 200 Plat for the Parts, because they are sick of farming, will cry once the drop tables are back to "normal", because they will feel being scammed. But I have no mercy for them because that's how economy works ever since capitalism dominates the planet... Impatience will be punished.

 

It's the same when stuff like the PS4 or Xbone comes out and people cry about how much they cost and that they are not able to get one because of limited quantities. Wait 12 months and you'll get the revision for half the money and have not to deal with quality problems of first release-cycle products. xD

Sorry about that, but I already did my part by stating that it's probably a bug. Then it should have been put into the Bug section... If it's an intentional feature then Tulzscha did his job right by moving it into the Help section... Don't know what else to discuss about Ruk being the easy-ride he's always been... :D

 

The derail would have been less a problem if more people would have replied to the topic, I guess. But that's the problem when something is moved out of the general section somewhere else... People don't look at it anymore. :/
