Broken Lights Hurt Tenno, But Not Corpus Or Infested?

I got a new frame today, an Ash and died 3 times from lights during an exterminate, im glad they fixed the flashing, but these lights still need a lot of work

Those lights should seriously hit everybody, even the Grineer.
