Drakeardian Posted November 21, 2014 Author Posted November 21, 2014 Ismiri reddened eyes opened wide, as the commander slammed his hand onto the table. She shuddered at what was going to happen. But she felt a bit relieved when he mentioned forgiveness. Then she tensed when he mentioned the word "Trade." "W-what do you want to trade?" She asked. "I'm willing to provide anything I can to help my friend..." The Tenno said with slight hesitance. "I hear you Tenno have a thing for acquiring Grineer weapons from various sources or from our corpses, I don't care which. I want a Grineer weapon you have taken from me, if that doesn't help then I'd like some materials for our medical team to use for cybernetics." Krell explained "Can you do that, or do you have a counter offer?"

Krell explained "Can you do that, or do you have a counter offer?" Ismiri sat in thought with Krell's offer... she couldn't really place anything of value, save credits. However she beeathed a great sigh of relief, having a smile on her face. The smile wouldn't really be present, since she was wearing a helmet, but well, she was happy. "I might have something... just allow me to check for one moment..." Ismiri said a bit cheerfully. The Banshee dug through her suit pockets and compartments, to find a data chip. She placed the thing into her helmet, to check what it was. It was data and analysis of the Cicero Toxin injector on Earth. She made a copy of the data into her helmet, for future use, unplugged the chip, then placed it onto the table. "This is data from a Cicero Toxin Injector on Earth." She said simply, albeit with a slight tone of happiness. She then produced a credit chit, worth around six-and-a-half million credits. She had more, but this expenditure alone, drained a lot of her funds, leaving her with a few million to spare. She wanted to be sure about getting Anastasia in better physical condition than before, as well as walking out unscathed. "Hopefully this will cover other things as well, if anything were to get out of hand... This is really all I can provide for the deal..."

MetroFallout Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 (edited) Ulf may find 2 moving shadows shifting towards him, Van finds himself going up against another 2 while Brunhilde may find herself with final one attempting to tackle the flying Grineer. The sound of cutting air is very prominent as various cuts were made in the trees, keeling over and crashing beside the Tenno to confuse and distract them! The proximity detector on her suit pinged and Brunhilde managed to barely bring up her shield in time to block the tackling shadow's blow but was knocked back by the momentum. Grunting from the force and slight disorientation, she redirected the thrust from her wings to balance herself before letting loose a burst to throw the shadow back. IceDragonofAmber Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 "A Tenno's shields must be down in order for the needle to pierce and inject its contents, and even after that the syringe is broken and must be replace. Not very cost effective, but Zhon doesn't care." Zeon responded. Jaro noticed Vega leave his throne, aswell as a nervous looking Banshee passing, as evidenced by her stance, and heading to what he assumed to be the employee only areas. He got a thought and chuckled at it. "Oh, wait I would give for Vega to put a betrayer as a round boss." He went towards the bar to get another drink.

"If I had a millions of credits to throw around. I wouldn't care about the cost either. Although I would just use a regular gun than a high tech knockout darts. On the other hand I tend to get shot at by tenno. Zhon made friends with one." With a shrug Gavos began to re-calibrate his helmet. The fight was going on for too long and at this point he stopped caring. The only other thing of note he heard was Jaro's Betrayer comment. Gavos wasn't sure why Jaro had such a hard on for betrayers but he had no interest in finding out. To him the betrayers are just one of another dozen factions corpus &!$$ed off. The commander replied as he stood up and returned to his throne. Ismiri breathed a great sigh of relief. 'Anastasia will be placed in greater care than mine...' She thought to herself. 'At least we can sort everything out and I can finally rest without worrying too much...' She walked out of Krell's office, feeling less tense when she had previously entered. With that, she decided to explored the various areas the Fomorian had to offer, starting off with the bar and lounge. It was populated by many Grineer locals. Hopefully they didn't mind a Tenno observing their behaviors and possibly ordering a beverage.

Brunhilde hovered over to the shadow and told it to stay down and play dead before flying over to Van's position, weaving between the trees and branches. "Van, you alright?" she asked on the way over.
NanoVega Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Raxgar saw Krell abandon his throne only to be headed towards what he supposed was his office. "Well, well, to make him leave like that, something must be amiss"... "More of your partners, Tenno. Plenty to participate in the arena with, eh?. "We are not all, 'partners'," Halcyon said solemnly, glad when the commander returned. "Some of us side with the factions, the syndicates." He said shrugging, suddenly becoming aware of another of the Tenno entering the bar. Not turning, but keeping an eye on the newcomer with his radar.
IceDragonofAmber Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Jaro grumbled when he saw the same Tenno emerge again from the employee area. "Looks like we're not getting a show after all" he muttered. Meanwhile, Zhon had stirred, sitting upright in his seat and placing a hand on his forehead, moaning.
Astralin Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Brunhilde hovered over to the shadow and told it to stay down and play dead before flying over to Van's position, weaving between the trees and branches. "Van, you alright?" she asked on the way over. Van watched the shadow slip painfully down through the tree branches, "I'm fine get to Ulf and help him if he needs it. This is my terrain even with a broken wing." He began his travel through the branches himself hopping from one to another with his Scythe resting on his shoulder and the palm of his hand.
Zeus154 Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 (edited) Ismiri looked around the bar, seeing the various Grineer, Corpus, and, Tenno that was present. While it was nice to see the Tenno that were there, however she was tired. She gave a fairly loud yawn and proceeded to a booth. She was tired, staying up and taking care of Anastasia. She was silently sobbing over the fact that is she weren't able to take care of Anastasia... she would have failed her job. Most importantly, failed in aiding a friend. Now she felt greatly relieved from the pressure being carried on her shoulders. It felt great to stop worrying for once... 'Maybe this was the reason why I stopped...' Ismiri thought. 'I was too worried about... everything. My reputation, my friends... I felt too stressed out about anything I did...' She breathed a sigh, before lying her head down onto the table of the booth she was in. The Banshee closed her eyes, to take a brief intermission, unless someone was willing to wake her. Thinking about it... 'If I were to sleep here... it wouldn't be the greatest idea. I don't know anyone here, and very well could be hostile...' Now... she was doubting herself sleeping at the bar. It was a terrible idea... Edited November 24, 2014 by Zeus154
Lady_Viper Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 "It doesn't matter if the shields are down a needle won't just pierce through a darn Warframe. So what the heck did you use for material?" Birk insisted, now getting really annoyed. It might partly be the alcohol but he didn't like it when things didn't add up. That was usually a bad omen in his line of work. Daj didn't pay much attention to the new tenno who walked into the bar as he tried to keep an eye on his friend. He probably shouldn't have pressured him about the attractiveness of his employer, the bodyguard had taken to the bottle rather quickly after that little conversation and in the rapid pace he had been consuming it he was likely to become more annoyed with these people. Daj had about had it with them anyway. As he heard the groans of the CEO and saw him move Daj said "Hey! Welcome back to the world of the living!"
MasterDread Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Caldor awoke from the nap he had been taking since himself and Ismiri left Earth. It did not take long for him to notice she was not on board. Where ever they were now he only hoped it had medical supplies for Ana's injuries. Leaving the Liset, Caldor soon found out that they were aboard a much larger vessel, it's affiliation unknown and it's crew nowhere to be seen. Having only woken from cyro sleep little over a day ago and knowing almost nothing of the new world it was very likely Caldor would get lost here, just by judging the size of the room he was in the vessel itself must be massive. It was best to find someone to point him in the right direction and so Caldor set off into the the inner halls and corridors of the Fomorian, not knowing that it is in fact a Grineer vessel, the same Grineer he and his former company had just done battle with back on Earth. Though it did not take long for him to learn this as a group of them were conversing when he turned a corner. He quickly backed away and hid behind said corner thinking that he was in danger. Quite the odd and or suspicious site for anyone who might see him. After all a Rhino Prime would stick out like a sore thumb in small spaces like this due to their size.

Astralin Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 The announcer called for wave 2. Van's sensors beginning to pick up 12 moving shadows, and 6 shadows suddenly surround Van but more trees were cut down in an effort to catch the flying Brunhilde off guard and possibly cripple her wings! Van dropped below the next branch in line as he heard trees falling behind him where he had left Brunhilde. His radar flared wildly as more enemies appeared as well. Using his Scythe and a well timed Tail-wind Van managed to swing under, and over the branch nearly kicking the shadow to his front in the pride on his way. As he neared the peak of the turn over the scythe split the branch sending Van into a small tumble, just as he planned. "Do not think of me as a clipped bird ready for the easy kill!" Orienting himself so that his chest faced the ceiling he turned the weapon so it's edge faced outward from his body before Tail-winding towards the shadow that had appeared behind him. Rocketing towards the individual he looked as if he were going to simply slam into him as he did with his previous assailants, however the edge of the scythe caught on the tree he had been on last. This caused him to begin another deadly swing maneuver around the obstacle. Letting his legs loose as he swung around he kicked the shadow in the chest with astounding force, using the speed from his aerial dash to swing around the full length of the tree leaving a large scar in the hologram from the blade and came up behind another one of his attackers to kick him in the back and 'steal' his perch. He crouched on the branch and looked around for the surprised faces of those who meant to ambush him, "Even with one I am a deadly harrier compared to you fat excuse for ravens!"
Zeus154 Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Ismiri shook her head. She felt that sleeping in a bar was one of the worst things that can happen. She would be able to very well pull it off at Hounds and Rats, but in The Crucible? It is very much a foreign place, with a sprinkling of just different people. The scene wasn't really familiar to her, and given that she had brought Anastasia along, meant that some Grineer would not be on the friendliest terms. She walked out of the bar, heading out the her Liset. It was much more safer that way.

"Heh, they're clearing the trees. Don't they know that I need space to fight and they're giving me space to fly? What fools." snickered Brunhilde as she took to the air and aimed her the twin rifles mounted on her back, charging shots. "Tag one of them for me Van so that I can shoot em."

Brunhilde however may pick up the last 4 jumping though the trees including one that was coming directly towards her!

Van stood on his perch and threw the scythe straight down so that it dug into the branch he stood on, using the momentum he flicked out one of his Kestrels and threw it in front of him. Reaching over and drawing the second one free from his disabled arm he sent it out as well. He then began manipulating their flight patterns to attempt to stop the two shadows, he definitely had to thank the Patrons for the energy packs as he created a deadly field of protective weaponry with the two boomerangs.

Her proximity alarm pinged and Brunhilde simply turned to unleash the two rounds directly into the face of one of the shadows. "Scratch one, I see three more. Moving in." she said, flying towards the remaining 3 without caring about whether or not the shadow was actually downed or not. "Van, do you need any assistance or do you want to be left alone?"
IceDragonofAmber Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Zeon shrugged. "I'm just a bodyguard, I don't ask questions for how these things work, beyond what I need to know." As Jaro had moved back to the bar to take another drink, the CEO groaned again, rubbing his head. "Argh... Wha... What happened? Did I drink too much?"
