Ditch Null Star and if you don't use it, Antimatter Drop. Put:

Energy Siphon

Molecular "OP shiz" Prime

Wormhole

Fleeting Expertise

Streamline

Overextended

Blind Rage

Flow

Stretch

Redirection

Vitality/Intensify.

3 Builds. Low level (0-20), Mid level (20-50), and high level (50+)

 

At low level you don't need a high ranked BR, so you go +135% range, -3% damage. This means each explosion hits for ~1550, which is often enough to kill in its own right, even without overlap. OE makes the range massive and the damage loss isn't too bad.

 

Midlevel, you want as much +str as you can get. high ranked BR (-40% efficiency) and Intensify will get you to +102% damage while keeping the cost of MP down to 50. Explosions hit for 3200 damage, times however many overlap. For this build we don't use Overextended.

 

High levels, MP doesn't do much damage, so we switch to using AMD for our main source of damage. The damage absorbed isn't increased by +power strength, so we stop using all +strength entirely, and focus on range and survivability. with +135% range, and 75% efficiency, using AMD to multiply damage by 4x and deliver it to a large area becomes the primary method of killing.
