How Does Rng Works In Warframe ?

It's pretty much god of WF universe. It decides your rewards. It may decide to lead you to heaven and obtain Heavy caliber on your first key run or obtain Tainted Mag....

Well it's pretty much a luck based reward systems. Let's say you want to farm for frame, you'd need chassis, systems and helmet. So RNG maybe a #$&(% to you and give you 5 straight chassis and systems but still end up with no helmet after so many runs.

RNG: Random Number Generator.

Let's say you just killed a mob, who has a 5% chance of dropping a resource. The game will call the RNG to produce a number from 0 to 1. if that number is lower than 0.05 (5%) then you'll get the drop. Otherwise, you won't.

That is for everything else as well, with varying probability thresholds, sometimes varying reward mechanics and sometimes even layered RNG calls. We can't look at the code so we can't really be sure how it works. Also, OP, your question is a bit broad. Anything more specific about the loot mechanics you want to know?

RNG: Rigged Number Generator.

Let's say you just finished a void, which has a .67% chance of dropping a new prime item. The game will call the RNG to produce a number from 0 to 1. if that number is lower than 0.0067 (.67%) then you'll get the drop. Otherwise, you won't.

We looked at the drop table so we can be sure it is rigged.  Then DE encrypted it but we still know how it works.  Also, OP, your question is a bit broad. Anything more specific about how the loot mechanics is rigged you want to know?
