Tulzscha
Orokin Cells - survival in Mimas, or Sargas Ruk runs Neural Sensors - survival in Elara, or Alad V runs Use of resource/drop boosters is highly recommended.
Jag272
Most people run Sargas Ruk for orokin cells, he has high chance to drop them, some do kril as well i think. As for neural sensors Alad V drops them alot, bosses are your best bet for these rarer resources.
privateazib
For Orokin Cells, they can be found on Saturn, Ceres & the Orokin Derelicts. Neural Sensors are only found on Jupiter. 20 or more minutes of Survival in these areas should yield you AT LEAST 1 cell/sensor. You can also farm bosses for these resources (Alad V for Neurals, Ruk/Stalker/Hyenas/Vor for Cells)
Scherhardt
Cells - ODD 15+Waves guaranteed 1-2 cells. - All the survival missions on earth. You can earn 3-5 cells with a nekros 15+mins. Sensors - Alad V.. Loot every everything within the map as well.

Egg_Chen
If you have it and can fit it in, put on master thief. There are a lot of lockers in Elara. I normally get a Sensor or two from lockers. Mimas, not worth Master Thief, but 15 min runs will get you a key and a cell or two. Also, Nekros!
-CdG-Revo
ODD. Nekros spamming desecrate 24/7. Booben with effeciancy and duration build vortex. Bring some friends. For the heck of it. I found 7 orokin cells in 15 waves. Went on. Ended at 60 because we were bored. Got 52 orokin cells. Time to put on mah shades *Mind Blown* True story. Darzk
I consistently get more OCells on the Ceres survival, rather than the Saturn one. No idea if its linked to enemy level, or more alloy armored units sooner, or more heavies sooner, or what, but I've done quite a few survivals on both and that just the general impression I find. I generally use Jupiter->Saturn->Ceres survivals when leveling new frames/weapons. These 3 survivals are particularly great for grinding OCells/Neural Sensors when invaded by Infested. ODD/ODS/ODA also drop OCells fairly commonly, but IMO not as efficiently timewise as Ruk.
Leriel
Other than the facts stated by the above posters, pray for infested to invade the Saturn boss map(Orokin Cells) and then start the master race grinding. You can finish the mission within 3-5 minutes if you have a great loadout. Edited March 17, 2014 by Leriel
noobling4
I like to wait till the planet gets infested.I find that infested missions and phorid are easier to farm then grineer / corpus
