Why Not Go Back To Key Type Rewards Per Faction?

as it stands, when i have spent all my keys of a certain type (tower 3 mobile defense for instance) there is just no reasonable way to try and get more. i tried defenses - oftentimes you don't even see a key for 20 waves - i tried survival... and it's all just t2 and t3 keys of all types, everywhere. so my question is why not go back to the system we had after the first revamp to survival rewards? key types per faction or maybe per mission type, and some reasonable chances in lower waves/before 15 minutes? are people spending so much plat on key packs that this will not be changed or is there any gameplay reason for the current situation?

If I understand you correctly, the idea would look something along the lines of
That each planet would have 1-2 specific keys? 1 on mercury, 2 for Venus, 2 for Earth for all the T1 keys as an example. 
Or even a single different key per survival mission to make it absolutely rng free.

How many +1s can I give you and will those be in cash or cheque?

what we had for a short time was that in survival you could always get more survival keys but also one other key type depending on the enemy: i think it was mobile defense when facing corpus, capture for grineer and defense for infested. but really, anything to improve what we have right now would be most welcome, key type depending on planet sounds just fine as well.
