Looking For New Frost Prime Build

I'm looking to find a new frost prime build since the update about a week ago. Since his snow globe now scales with armor and health i am trying to find a build to make frost like he used to be or close to what he was before the snow globe nerf. Please give me some build ideas.

Here's what i'm using! He works REALLY good. Just be sure to time your Snowglobes apprpriately!

This is what I came up with. The Globe has about 10k heath with power and armor mods and it last for about 40 seconds or so.

I use the same build, except I don't use Fleeting Expertise or Flow. I still have Freeze and Ice Wave installed (I have a thing for keeping all powers slotted).
