Harvester "mission Failed" Bug

So I started farming some oxium for Zephyr, on Kappa and all of a sudden harvester appears. I was playing with Vauban and caught him in bastile. We started shooting at him and got his health below 10% and BAM "Mission Failed". There was not another mission where I need to get my weapons, nor did they destroyed our data terminal.

I've had this happen more than a few times. A mission will just randomly fail for no reason.
