A warframe based around equality.

 

Yes, equality. With powers that revolve around making things equal.

 

1. A power that takes two enemys, mixes their characteristics and then creates two.

So pretty much the ability to use a lancer and a napalm, and merge their characteristics (like low armor, big napalm gun, health values and such things) then create two, so that you end up with two lance-palm things.

 

2. A power that disguises you as a team mate, making you look like them, also, any agression aimed at your team mate will also be aimed at you, taking attention away from your team mate.

 

3. An ability that makes you equal to an enemy, making you look like them. This ability will only last a very short time, and attacking enemys will alert them. Also your weapon is made equal to the enemy you used it on. Could be merged with ability 2.

 

4. This power is an offensive skill, it will take all the enemys, rip their parts apart and redistribute them amongst enemies randomly, until they are all equal mass, creating mounds of flesh where they were, killing everything nearby.
