Sentinel Without A Weapon

In the Arsenal screen you can select None for a sentinel but NOT for the sentinel's weapon.

 

Thus, the only way to not have a sentinel weapon is to not use a sentinel at all.

 

For stealth type missions as well as trying to complete my Codex scans, I would like the ability to use a sentinel WITHOUT a weapon equipped.

 

DE, can we get the option to use a weaponless sentinel please?

if you don't equip the sentinel's attack precept, it won't attack.

Just unplug your attack precept mod. It's that easy.

You can always remove the attack precept from the sentinel or use shade which wont attack unless you are attacked first.

I always use carrier and then without using the sentinels or else it will be easy to kill if i'm going to mercury survival. It will instantly  kill them all with high damage mod.

This. My carrier is just a loot vacuum 95% of the time, with the other 5% being when I'm running ODS / T3 survivals.

Don't equip the attack precepts.

Or use shade, she only fires when you get hit.
