Deathmark Stalker

So i had stalker come after me in a nightmare mode extermination mission on earth kill me ( i was actually looking up a mod on my laptop when he came) and then decided I want dread, hate and despair so i set out to get marked again

 

I went into an invite only match to kill councilor wayhek. Me and my friend dealt him damage till only a sliver was left and then i dealt him the killing blow.

 

End result. No message.
 

I really dont know whats wrong ive been all over the net and forums looking for a specific answer to this question:

Why did I not get a death mark message? I died already from him and then Im assuming had to get marked again

The mark message is bugged. I never received mail from the stalker yet he came after me several times. Today when I was soloing invasions to obtain G3 mark they spawned.

Same here. Only got the message once, but he spawned 4 or 5 times, and this was when I was returning to Warframe!

Does anyone have any advice on the stalker? I feel like im never gonna get him again.

 

Does he have to kill me for the mark to go away?

ugh giving up for tonight i need some good strategies or the devs should give us the ability to trade blueprints
