Sarmon
I'm perfectly fine with Novas spamming Molecular Prime on defense. What I'm absolutely not fine with is when said molecular priming Novas are somewhere far away where enemies spawn, giving me absolutely no XP at all. I go to level a weapon on Xini. Fine, I cannot get direct kill XP, but I can still level my weapon while Nova has fun priming stuff. Except the Nova is clearing entire waves from their spawn points, with me getting no XP at all. I like to stay near the cryopod during defense. I don't run off to where Nova is, because when I do so, my entire team thinks it's safe to leave the cryopod and later comes back when it has about 200 - 1000 health left. Please consider doing this, DE.
Verryn
I can't say that increasing the exp sharing range is ideal. It promotes team separation and it would only encourage others to go further from the pod.

LennoFF
When I am on a squad and everyone is running around, I will ask them to stay by the pod. If they don't (usually they respond with some disrespectful answer), I will follow them around and steal their kills. I was Saryn the other day, I chased a Rhino around using my ult before he could. At the same time, I typed "screw the pod, lets get kills!" Then a few min later, I saw the pod going down, typed "bye pod" and the mission failed a second later. I have no problem throwing a mission because I'm not going to defend a pod while others hog XP. Chances are, the pod will go down eventually if I'm the only one watching it, so I might as well run around and get XP while I can. I find humor in watching people fail missions because they can't take advice from more experienced players. Mastery rank has nothing to do with this, as I've played with some rank 2's and 3's that played better than rank 12's+, and by better I mean respecting objective and general unstated rules of missions. I was with a rank 2 player before who kept hitting life support at 80% or higher. I typed twice, "please wait until it gets lower, we are just wasting them if it's above 70. Wait until it's around 50." He kept doing it, so my buddy and I hid under stairs, I stopped using Blessing, the only thing keeping him alive, and he was down in 10 seconds. Then I twerked on his face, and ran the rest of the mission for 50 more minutes. Some people don't play right because they don't know better. Some people don't know about XP sharing. Some people see the "use" thing pop up and hit life support right away. I did when I first played survival. So try explaining to newer players if you see them playing in a way that is not beneficial to the team and objective. If they disregard you and keep playing like that, screw with them. It's actually really fun.
Sarmon
screw with them. It's actually really fun. Except they will still get the XP for their warframe AND their weapons and my weapons won't get anything if I steal their kills. And besides, I play Trinity when I'm going defense.
