Damage 2.0 is already here, its been here for months. melee 2.0 is an upgraded version of melee that will allow you to have a more diverse control of your melee weapons, including new animations for almost all weapons, the ability to hold your melee weapon out, and the ability to chain combos of normal attacks and charge attacks.

Damage 2.0 has been out for months and the excitement for it died pretty much right out of the gates when everyone realized they had to redo every single one of their weapons builds.

 

Melee 2.0 is a new melee combat system that makes melee actually useful because let's face it. All melee is right now is just mash E until you win or you get killed because guns easily outstrip melee in every form.

Damage 2.0 was an overhaul of the damage system that happened in November, and Melee 2.0 is an overhaul of the melee system that's happening this week, next week, next month, next year, when the sun dies, SOONTM. (It's been pushed back so many times, nobody knows when it's actually gonna drop)
