{Bug} Login Reward Timer Resets Randomly

For a frame of reference, the daily login rewards timers are reset at 8pm my time.

Last night, my brother and I signed on to play at 8:15, and I claimed my 3-day reward at that time.

We continued to play until a little after midnight, and the last mission we ran was this alert.

It has been 23 hours since we logged off, and when I signed in today I was back to receiving a day-1 reward.

Unless the server is located in a tardis, there should have been one daily reward day counted in that time period. (exactly 3 hours ago)

Having spoke to several clan mates and other players, I am fairly certain that this issue is not isolated to my account.

Odd, I know that I too relog at about 7:15 EST every day for my 7 day login reward but it reset to one today.

In GMT Time you must at least log on daily in the time from 0:00 to 23:59 to recieve the login reward streak (in EDT it's 5pm when I remember correctly)

 

BTT: I get my reward when I log on because it's resets at 1:00am my time :D and today I recieved my 7-day reward as always so you can try and make a support ticket maybe DE can help you

I'm in US central time, which is currently GMT-5.

 

This means that I signed in on at 01:15 GMT, signed out at  05:00 GMT  and then 23 hours later at 12:00 GMT.

This is anecdotal. Just because it works for you doesn't mean that other people aren't seeing an issue.

 

Additionally, there are a lot of people who aren't really paying attention to it or who just assume that they missed the window.

I already submitted a ticket with screenshots of the issue in june of last year. Support couldn't change anything for me, so making another ticket is not doing to fix the issue.

(I tracked my logins and submitted one screenshot a day until the error happened again.)

 

I want this to get some attention so that the devs are made aware of the bug.

I just wanted to document that this happened to me on the PC version last night (04/07/14). I don't remember exactly when I logged in but it was between 9:00 - 11:00pm EDT. I've been logging into Warframe every day for over 2 months with the 7 day login bonus active. Not a big deal but like the OP I wanted to document the issue.
