WoodHaven
First, not sure if this is right place to put this, so if a mod needs to move it feel free. So a friend and I were discussing Exp gain the other day and thought it might be interesting if you'd get bonus exp for say getting a skillful kill (Such as jumping off a ledge, shooting someone in the face with a bow). We figured it be a good way to actually encourage being a ninja, moving around and wall running to dodge bullets etc. . . Its a small encouragement but im sure the higher level players would appreciate it. Exp gain would still be the same just killing normally meaning people who cant or dont want to do that, dont have too. I just think it be fun to actually feel rewarded when I go out of my way to kill in an enemy while doing a backflip off a wall yeah know? Thats really my idea add feedback if you will, I'm no game designer so I cant say my opinions are the best. Edit, My friend also just mentioned to me there should be more of those little bonus style kills things, instead of just sliding alone. (PSN)natek_morzy
._. ninja's. Not movie stars. Well that's my first impression. I can see what you're coming from but I don't see it belonging in a game like this.
ItalianPlumber
._. ninja's. Not movie stars. Well that's my first impression. I can see what you're coming from but I don't see it belonging in a game like this. Stealth is just one part of the game. The other half is wizardry and explosions and flashing lights and guns and all sorts of other movie star things. Besides, saying that you shouldn't be rewarded for playing fancy or doing things the hard way is silly. You should be rewarded for playing the game without pressing a button to insta-win. Shooting something in the face as opposed to blowing them up, or perhaps sticking Castanas on something mobile and blowing up a group of enemies... that's not so simple as just hitting 4. Why not encourage playing the game more tactfully?
Llyssa
I like doing that stuff anyway. It may have use in upcoming things like proxy wars and such. Atm, my only issue is that flying-back-flip-headshots can be survived. That's soooooooooo disappointing!!!
ensignvidiot
http://bulletstorm.wikia.com/wiki/Skillshots'>I mean, it sounds like a really awesome system. It'd be cool if instead of just pushing 4 to clear a room to have a system that rewards you based on HOW WELL you kill, instead of just how many corpus you Stomp into a mass grave. This sounds like an awesome system, its a shame that noone has ever done something like that before. I kid, Bulletstorm (the link) has the Skillshot system, which i think could be done well into Warframe and add another way to get mastery other than letting weapon X sit on your back because you hate using it No idea why it wont let me link one sentence, ah whatevs Edited March 19, 2014 by ensignvidiot
WoodHaven
Well I'm glad some people agree with it, hopefully DE will add there own version of skillshot.
Raydiayt
Can agree after doing a vault + sliding down and headshot killing a line of grineer with one arrow. There should be more variety to earning xp for your warframe/weapon aside from just getting kills at the click of a button.
