Excalibur, as you've set him up, doesn't need continuity if you're running and gunning. The stun on radial blind isn't affected by duration either way, only the second stage blind duration is. Swap that for Vitality or Vigor IMO, so you're not easily countered by HP damage.

 

Boar Prime's2.3sec is too long a reload for running/gunning + using multiple powers. Swap ammo stock for tactical pump as a QoL improvement.

 

Steady Hands and Magnum Force both on Dual Cestras doesn't really make sense to me. One helps recoil the other nerfs accuracy. If you're at point blank the recoil wouldn't matter. At mid-long ranges you're going to lose damage to missed shots from the accuracy decrease. I would drop Magnum Force and use Seeker because you have no punch-through on your primary and your primary is short range.

 

Fang Prime with Fury is good. You'll need it for traveling quickly. Hard to say more than that before Melee 2.0 goes up.
