Briareos Posted March 19, 2014 Share Posted March 19, 2014 I know this is a known thing, but this is the feedback forums so here's my feedback: I took part in the Neptune invasion last week and was one of the people trying to qualify for the Catalyst reward. I hammered through all five missions as fast as I could and managed to start the fifth mission when the node was at 99.7% complete. 'Whew,' I thought, 'just made it!' When I finished that last run, of course the node's battle was over. However, I didn't get my catalyst and, according to support, won't get it because I didn't complete the mission before it hit 100%. WTF, DE? I can start an alert mission with 10 seconds left on the clock and still get my reward when I finish. Works every time. If you're going to put this sort of limitation on invasions, you need to add some sort of cue to let people know as soon as it ends. Have Lotus chime in during the run and say, "Tenno, this node's conflict is over. Your talents are no longer required," or something. There's zero logic to giving alert rewards after the alert ends but withholding invasion rewards after the invasion ends, like this. Letting people finish the fifth invasion mission without letting them know they won't get anything for their efforts is just acting in bad faith.
