Drop Rate; Give Me The Item I Don't Have.

This shouldn't be the rule for everything. It should be a rule. See it like this. 

 

 

First time stalker dies
-Get dread
Stalker dies. You've got dread

-Get despair

Stalker dies. You've got dread and despair

-Get hate. 

Stalker dies. You've got dread,despair and hate blueprints/weapons

- Get mods, extra credits or extra resources. 

 

 

Other things such a system should be used for;

Boss dropped warframes (we're not talking bout primes here) 

Boss dropped weapons. Miter parts, Detron parts, brak parts

 

 

 

 

I don't realy have a strong opinion on whether or not this should happen to prime parts. On one hand it'd clear up the drop tables and let players get things easier (Do the same mission and teir to get Frame A, weapon C , weapon F or weapon G parts). It'd benefit players by making the void less of a chore.  On the other hand it might ruin that new primepart trading economy. More importantly someone might come up with an even more clever system to add fun to the void along with convenience.

So instead of RNG or that Pseudo random number thing you essentially want everything served to you on a silver platter.

1st run, got warframe helm. 2nd run, got warframe chassis. 3rd run, got warframe system. All done.

 

I'd prefer pseudo random stuff over this. This just makes the whole game seem too easy.

And how does fighting the same boss 3-15 times in a row help the game? Have you ever even tried for the mitter?

Do you honestly believe that one shotting same boss 20 times is better idea??

 

This solution is probably bit too easy but still rng should be made to reward some players instead of punishing most.

No. You want the developer cater to your laziness. You want everything now and without putting time and effort into the game. RNG is completely fine.

Sometimes you are lucky and get your stuff in a few runs and sometimes you have to work for it.

What you describe is working rng.

 

void works bit differently

t3 md:

reaper blade chance to drop estimated around 70%

forma bp around 29%

ember systems 0.62%

boltor bp 0.62%

complete forma idk havent seen it since u12

 

Imagine that everytime you get loot you need to throw 1d10000 and only 9877-10000 yields what you want.

 

Rates are completely absurd.

 

Fair chance for stuff would be 

2% forma

24.5% forma bp

24.5% reaper blade

24.5% ember systems

24.5% boltor bp

I have to say, I resent the laziness comment. Just because you don't want to grind this game out doesn't mean you're lazy. I'm a gamer who is 29 years old, and I have to do responsible adult things like, going to work and paying bills which really cuts into the time I have to grind for prime parts and bosses for new warframes. When you also consider boss reworks that DE pushes out, usually have stages of invincibility that make them harder to complete, they do nothing with the drop rate of resources or mods. To combat this problem, I think this a good idea, maybe not the right solution but, a very good first step.

I want developers to cater for their consumers. You know; like they're supposed to. We're not all machines who like grinding .

Problem is, there is nothing else to do but grind for gear ( that you don't even need for any practical reason)

Thats problem that should be fixed then, rng is another problem which again should be fixed.

 

Implying that 1 flaw should be left alone because other flaw affecting it exists is hilarious.
